Position Summary
The primary role of the Supervisor, Retail Sales is to develop their team for success by becoming proficient in guest engagement to achieve revenue and budget sales targets.
Position Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Develop, coach, and motivate team’s success to expand sales profitability
Maintain a primary focus on the support and development of each team member through our sales proficiency process
Ensure that the retail store team is accurately staffed
Assist with developing schedules, sales training, and salesfloor leadership
Role Model the GEM during sales engagements
Executes GEL responsibilities when assigned
Ensure team completes ongoing development training
Executes style guide directives
Ensure daily task lists are completed by store teams
Help to address escalated guest situations and resolution
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply data to assess the current departmental focus
Assist the Manager on Duty to support successful sales operations financial outcomes
Ensure check-out/in processes is executed
Partner with the Retail Business Manager to meet and exceed sales goals
Ability to develop team for growth opportunities
Ability to work weekends and most holidays
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment required.
High volume experience is preferred.
Three years of supervisory experience required.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience in Microsoft Office programs.
Experience working with Tableau is preferred.
Position Hiring Range
The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position.
Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant’s education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data.

Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.
Compensation: $24.

Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI’s.
