*Central Region Seed Sales Manager * *About Revolution Soil and Seed* Revolution Soil and Seed is a fast-growing agricultural supply company based out of Fort Lupton, Colorado.
RSS is currently comprised of 5 divisions that include: * Our _Compost Division_ currently produces about 100,000 yards of class 2 compost annually.
* Our _Seed Division_ currently focuses on selling Small Grains, Corn, Alfalfa, Sorghum, and Foliar Fertilizers and services customers in: Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas.
* Our _Trucking Division_ currently operates 3 full time semi’s and focuses on supporting our other divisions and our sister companies.
* Our _Colorado Farm Division_ is currently comprised of 2500 acres in the Fort Lupton, Firestone, and Fredrick area and offers services like silage packing and customer baling.
* Our _Wyoming Farm Division_ is comprised of 15 pivots in Wheatland, Wyoming and looking to grow.
Our Wyoming Farm also operates a small beef cattle operation.

This allows us to weed out products that underperform before they ever reach out customer base.
Not only do we farm 4,000 acres, but we work closely with out sister companies that are comprised of two large dairies, a dry cow facility and a calf ranch housing nearly 25,000 cattle.

”*_ *Job Description* This position is for the Seed Sales Manager for Eastern Colorado, Nebraska, and Kansas.
As we embark upon our next growth stage, we are searching for multiple sales-focused personnel to help us reach out sales goals.
Our operations team is in place and primed for growth, now we need to bolster our sales force to help us meet our goals.
As a salesperson for Revolution Soil and Seed, we expect you to be an extension of our company vision, “finding personal success through the success of our customers.
” Let’s be frank, farming is no walk in the park.
It’s hard work and typically, “If it can go wrong, it will go wrong” on the farm.
For this reason, we want our sale force focused on developing and selling a holistic product lineup that helps our customer base find and maintain profitability year in and year out.
_*What to expect: *_ * In year one, we would expect you to conduct most or all of the sales in your territory.
* In year two and beyond, we would expect you to develop a comprehensive dealer and rep network to help sell for you.
* In such a large and agriculturally rich territory, we would expect you to have at least 1 million in sales after year one and grow your annual sales to at least 3-4 million by year 5.
* Your Target Market is everyone from small farmers to large farm and cattle operations.
We also sell a large amount of our small grains business to business through wholesale outlets and white label programs for other large seed companies.

_Diverse Product Line of Proven Genetics:_ Being an independent seed provider, we are able to utilize an abundance of strategic partnerships in order to gain access to a variety of genetics, ensuring we can find the perfect fit for your customer's needs.
_Replant protection Programs:_ We can offer multiple replant programs based on the crop and the conditions of crop failure.
_Seed Treatment:_ RSS offers a world class lineup of custom in-house and 3rdparty seed treatments to protect your crop and maximize your production.
_Foliar Fertilizer Line-up:_ One of the newest offerings from RSS is a lineup of Foliar fertilizers that allow growers to apply needed nutrients and soil conditioners through the pivot or through a spray rig.
_Services:_ RSS believes in soil science and the importance of building soils, not just taking from them.
Revolution Soil and Seed using the Kinsey Albrecht Model so we can tell growers not just whats in the soil, but what nutrients are actually available to the crop.
_Design Options for Promotional Materials:_ Marketing, advertising and informational content are all useful tools for sauces.
RSS has on staff marketing and design employees to help you create the material you need to be successful.
_Access to Agronomy Personnel and Administrative Support:_ You will have access to our on-staff and vendor agronomy and admin contacts to help support your sales.
*Job Requirements* All applications must: * Be able to thoroughly cover our “Central Sales Region” consisting of: Nebraska, Kansas and Eastern Colorado.
* Travel to and be physically present for sales meeting once a month at our home office in Fort Lupton, CO.
* Have virtual sales meeting once a week.
* Have a valid divers license.
* Have previous experience in seed sales or in-depth agricultural crop knowledge and farming experience.
* Experience and knowledge of shipping logistics and seed storage.
The ideal candidate would possess the following: * An established book of business to quickly meet sales goals within the territory.
* Storage capabilities to save on freight costs into the territory.

We expect our company salesman to have a comfortable salary with unlimited upside from commission and volume-based bonuses.
Starting Pay Structure: * Base salary of $60,000.

* 3% commission on all direct to customer sales.

5% commission on all sales to Dealers and Reps in your territory.
* Tiered volume bonuses for Small Grains, Corn and alfalfa up to $45,000.
