Specializing in semi-trailer, construction trailer, and refrigeration units, Crossroads Trailer has successfully spread throughout the Midwest with current locations in Albert Lea – MN, Luverne – MN, Sioux Falls – SD, Hudson – Colorado, Wichita – KS, and Garden City – KS.
We have the highest quality parts and service facilities capable of major repairs.
Aside from sales, service, and parts, we also offer leasing and rental services.
*About the position: *We are looking for an experienced heavy duty salesman with a strong work ethic, who is efficient, and motivated to excel in their career.
This is a fulltime position with a schedule of Monday – Friday.
·Maintain and grow the outside sales department.
·Order, receive, and deliver parts.
·Diagnosing knowledge is helpful · Forklift operation knowledge.
· Heavy lifting may be required.
· Must be able to work independently and on a team.
· Must have a valid drivers license.
Other duties as assigned.
*Compensation: *$36,000 with commission.
This position has the potential to make over $100,000 with a motivated and experienced individual.
Bonus eligible.
*Benefits: *Employees are paid weekly.
· Cafeteria allowance – once benefit eligible, this is a weekly addition to earnings that can help cover the cost of benefits.
· 401K match – the Company will match up the 3% into an employee’s 401K.
The match is ½% for every 1% the employee contributes.
· HSA and FSA – pretax deductions for medical and dependent care.
· Paid Time Off - including 7 holidays.
· Company paid benefits – life insurance and long-term disability.
· Insurance – health (with a company contribution), dental, vision, voluntary life, short-term disability, accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness.
· Christmas Fund – the Company matches 2 to 1 for every dollar an employee donates to their locations Christmas fund.
This fund is then used to help community members throughout the year, with focus around the holidays.
· Reimbursements – A phone reimbursement or company phone and a company car for business use.
