This is a long neck soprano, also known as a small body concert.
It has a soprano body and a concert neck.
The advantage is that it's smaller in overall length than a concert, but the scale length is the same as a concert.
That makes it convenient for travel without having to have a short fretboard.
The body is a black rounded back composite plastic, much like the Ovation guitars.
So, you can bang it around and the body won't dent or dry out or crack.
The fretboard is composite plastic and very playable.
It has side marker dots as it should.
This can be played in any weather.
It has strap buttons factory installed.
The case has the Flight logo on it.
The body is mango wood.
All in all, its the perfect travel ukulele.
Small enough to fit in your carry-on or in your car or camper.
I recently bought a more expensive travel ukulele, so no longer need this one.
This one has never left my house.
