Summary of Position
Assists with leading the administrative team with bookkeeping, account reconciliation and various other administrative tasks as needed.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay
Non-Exempt/Hourly Position $25.
00 - $38.

· Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
Physical Requirements

The employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Employee will regularly spend time using computer and office equipment with sit/stand option available and work on physically repetitive tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Reconcile check registers monthly
· Reconcile bank accounts in accounting software daily and monthly
· Work with accounting team to reconcile, organize and prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, financials
· Verify receipts and reconcile and pay credit card bills
· Coordinate tasks associated with equipment sales and purchases
· Assist with office functions, scanning, answering phones and customer assistance
· Complete sales tax forms and auditing
· Complete loan payment entries in accounting system
· Complete tasks associated with equipment registrations and SMM reporting, paying and auditing
· Oversight of Express Toll account and sticker distribution
· Assist with payroll preparation and reconciliation
· Backup AP/AR tasks
· Backup other office functions as needed
· All other duties as assigned
